Doctor Rebrand

Practice Startup

Every step of opening a private practice, done in the right order by one team.

Includes a free Featured profile on Expert Care Near Me

Opening a practice means dozens of decisions that depend on each other: the entity before the tax ID, the tax ID before the bank account, the bank account before payer contracts. Doctor Rebrand runs the whole setup, from your entity and NPI to your EHR, payment processing and website, so you open on time and get paid from your first patient.

Start With the Free Checklist

The Private Practice Setup Checklist lists every decision it takes to open a practice, in order, filtered for insurance, cash-pay, concierge and hybrid models.

Common Questions

How long does it take to open a private practice?
Plan on four to six months. Credentialing with insurance payers is usually the longest step, so it starts first; a cash-pay practice that does not bill insurance can often open sooner.
What should I do first?
Make sure you are licensed in the state where you will practice, form the entity and get your tax ID and organizational NPI, then start credentialing right away. Everything else, from the EHR to the website, can run alongside credentialing.
Do you form the entity yourselves?
We coordinate it. Medical practice entities must follow state corporate practice of medicine rules, so your attorney and accountant advise on the structure, and we handle the filings, tax registrations and follow-through.
Can you help with a concierge or direct primary care practice?
Yes. We set up membership pricing, agreements, recurring billing, a Medicare opt-out if you need one, and a patient portal built around memberships.
Is the Private Practice Setup Checklist free?
Yes. It lists every decision in order, explains why each matters, and filters for insurance, cash-pay, concierge and hybrid practices.
